On July 10–11, 2026, the staff of Truong Duong Group came together for a team-building trip called “Unity Over Waves” in the coastal city of Vung Tau, marking a special milestone: 26 years since the company’s founding. This was more than just a leisure trip — it was a chance for everyone at Truong Duong to look back on the road traveled and to renew the spirit of unity for the journey ahead.
A Bonding Journey With More Than 60 Participants
Unlike a typical team-building trip, this year Truong Duong Group expanded the scale of the event to include more than 60 participants — not only staff, but also their family members. Having family along brought a warmer, more personal atmosphere than ever before, turning the trip into a true homecoming for the “Truong Duong family,” where camaraderie among colleagues blended with the warmth of family bonds.
The name “Unity Over Waves” was chosen as a fitting affirmation of the spirit that has carried Truong Duong through the past 26 years: no matter how turbulent the market may be — like waves out at sea — as long as everyone stays united in heart, the Truong Duong ship will remain steady through every challenge.
Day 1: Conquering a Challenge, Exploring a Storied Land
On the first day of the trip, the Truong Duong group climbed together to the statue of Christ the King (standing atop Nui Nho, “Small Mountain”) — one of Vung Tau’s most iconic landmarks. Climbing the hundreds of steps was not only a physical challenge, but also a meaningful metaphor for the perseverance every Truong Duong team member carries in their work. Standing at the summit overlooking the coastal city, the group captured memorable moments together, marking a quarter-century of shared history.
The group then visited the Ba Ria – Vung Tau Museum to learn about the history, culture, and people of this storied land — an activity that was both enjoyable and educational, giving staff a chance to broaden their knowledge outside of everyday work.
A Warm Gala Dinner and Words of Gratitude From the CEO
Closing out a full day of activities, on the evening of July 10, 2026, the entire Truong Duong group gathered for a warm and emotional Gala Dinner. It was a time to reflect on the year gone by, honor the collective effort of the team, and raise a toast to the company’s 26-year milestone.
In this solemn yet heartfelt atmosphere, Mr. Nguyen Huu Nam, CEO of Truong Duong Group, delivered a heartfelt speech, offering his deep gratitude to all staff. He shared, with visible emotion:
“Without the complete unity of our staff and the steadfast trust of our valued customers, Truong Duong certainly could not stand as firmly as it does today.”

Day 2: An Energetic Morning of Team Games on the Beach
After a memorable first day, the group welcomed Day 2 of the trip with a burst of energy on Vung Tau’s beach. The group was divided into 4 teams and competed in a series of classic, ever-fun team games: sack races, tug-of-war, and more. Cheers and laughter mixed with the sound of the waves, erasing any distance between departments, between managers and staff, and between colleagues and the family members cheering them on. These were the moments that brought the Truong Duong team closer together, fueling positive energy for the long journey ahead.
Closing One Journey, Opening a New Path
